Law360, New York (April 11, 2011, 3:09 PM ET) -- Former Talking Heads lead singer David Byrne on Monday resolved a copyright suit against former Florida Gov. Charlie Crist over use of the band’s music in a campaign commercial.
Judge Richard A. Lazzara of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida said the court was advised by David Byrne’s attorney that the case had been settled. Attorneys for the parties were not immediately available for comment Monday.
