Law360, New York (April 14, 2011, 3:37 PM EDT) -- Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP urged the Ninth Circuit on Thursday to knock out a lower court's sanctions against the firm stemming from alleged witness tampering in an antitrust suit accusing EnCana Corp. of conspiring to drive up the price of natural gas.
