DC Comics Loses Bid For 'Superman' Heirs' Docs

Law360, New York (April 11, 2011, 6:40 PM ET) -- A California magistrate judge refused Monday to force the heirs of the creators of "Superman" to turn over a consent agreement about negotiating rights to the popular superhero character from an earlier lawsuit with DC Comics.
