Bingham McCutchen Joins Forces With Litigation Firm

Law360, New York (May 01, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Bingham McCutchen LLP has pulled in a team of 40 lawyers after combining with high-stakes litigation firm Alschuler Grossman LLP in a move that will expand its key practice areas of intellectual property, securities and mergers and acquisitions.

Los Angeles-based Alschuler Grossman is known as a strong litigation force, and its lawyers have joined Bingham’s L.A. office to elevate the firm’s core practices.

Alschuler offers five partners and four associates with significant IP experience.
