Bill Allows Workers To Play Hooky For School Events

Law360, New York (April 12, 2011, 3:36 PM EDT) -- Democratic lawmakers launched legislation Friday that aims to broaden the reach of the Family and Medical Leave Act by requiring companies with at least 25 employees to allow workers time off to participate in school activities with their children and grandchildren.
