Contestants KO'd Reality TV Show, Suit Claims

Law360, New York (April 13, 2011, 3:18 PM EDT) -- A reality show about a women's mixed martial arts tournament was dealt a deathly blow when its contestants divulged the results of the contest to the media in breach of confidentiality agreements, according to a trade secrets suit filed Tuesday in Illinois.

Sean Morrison Entertainment LLC's two-count complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, named law firm O'Flaherty Heim Egan & Birnbaum Ltd., attorney Nicholas D. Thompson and seven female fighters as defendants.
