Home Depot, Dick's Sued Over Vehicle Tracking Patents

Law360, New York (April 13, 2011, 3:38 PM EDT) -- A vehicle tracking system inventor and its licensee launched dual suits in a Florida federal court Tuesday accusing Home Depot USA Inc., Dick's Sporting Goods Inc. and four others of infringing nine patents related to its technology.
