Bloomberg Engaged In Sweeping Maternity Bias: EEOC

Law360, New York (April 14, 2011, 9:42 PM ET) -- Bloomberg LP discriminated against pregnant employees and mothers across the globe in every one of its business units for at least a decade, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleged in court papers filed in New York last week.
