Gentiva Clinicians Win Conditional Cert. In Pay Suit

Law360, New York (April 15, 2011, 2:32 PM ET) -- Four ex-employees who accused Gentiva Health Services Inc., the largest home health care provider in the U.S., of wrongfully classifying its clinicians as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act won conditional class certification Wednesday in a Georgia federal court.
