5th Circ. Nixes Shaw Radiation Exposure Lawsuit

Law360, New York (April 15, 2011, 11:14 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit issued a split decision Friday finding that subcontractors suing Shaw Group International for radioactive exposure could not be compensated under the Price Anderson Act because they could not show that their claims resulted from a nuclear incident.
