Lindsey Fails To Nix Evidence In FCPA Trial

Law360, New York (April 15, 2011, 5:33 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday rejected Lindsey Manufacturing Co.’s bid to block evidence seized during searches, as the trial continued over the electricity systems maker's alleged scheme to bribe its way into contracts with a Mexican state-owned utility.

Judge A. Howard Matz of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California refused to suppress evidence that FBI agents seized when they raided Lindsey’s facility and searched executives’ digital devices in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act crackdown.
