BofA Hires Former SEC Enforcement Head

Law360, New York (April 18, 2011, 12:37 PM EDT) -- Bank of America Corp. announced on Friday it had brought former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement director Gary Lynch aboard to serve as chief of legal, compliance and regulatory relations.

Lynch, 60, comes to Bank of America from the London office of Morgan Stanley, where he was vice chairman and chief legal officer. He has also held leadership positions at Credit Suisse Group AG and Credit Suisse First Boston LLC, according to Bank of America.
