5th Circ. Revives Suit Over River Barge Accident

Law360, New York (April 18, 2011, 6:22 PM ET) -- The Fifth Circuit on Friday revived an electric company's lawsuit against two tugboat operators for damages stemming from a 2007 tow collision on the Mississippi River in Louisiana that disrupted operations at a hydroelectric station.
