Judge Mulls Purchase Provision In $30M Dean Foods Deal

Law360, New York (April 18, 2011, 7:59 PM ET) -- A Vermont federal judge indicated Friday that she may cut a controversial provision that would require Dean Foods Co. to purchase its milk from independent farmers as part of a $30 million settlement of a proposed antitrust class action.
