US Must Return Canadian Wheat Duties: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (April 19, 2011, 7:01 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit ruled Tuesday that in the wake of the invalidation of original duty orders, the U.S. government cannot retain duty deposits it collected from the Canadian Wheat Board on exports of hard red spring wheat.
