Shuttle Contractor Sues DOL Over Gender Pay Probe

Law360, New York (April 20, 2011, 6:17 PM EDT) -- United Space Alliance LLC, the government's primary contractor for manned space missions, sued the U.S. Department of Labor on Tuesday over an order requiring the company to submit to an investigation into gender-based wage disparity or risk debarment.
