Law360, New York (April 21, 2011, 12:08 PM ET) -- Wyeth LLC reached a deal in New Jersey federal court on Thursday with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. over a generic version of blockbuster antidepressant and anti-anxiety drug Effexor XR.
The settlement of the suit against Dr. Reddy's is the latest in a long line of agreements Wyeth has reached to protect its hold on the market for venlafaxine HCl extended release capsules — the active ingredient in the drug.
