Kiewit To DC Circ.: 'Violent' Workers Deserved Firing

Law360, New York (April 21, 2011, 2:47 PM ET) -- Kiewit Power Constructors Co. tried to persuade the D.C. Circuit on Thursday that the National Labor Relations Board wrongly found in favor of two electricians the company dismissed after they allegedly threatened a supervisor with violence.
