Broadcom Fights To Stall Rambus Chip Patent Spat

Law360, New York (April 21, 2011, 7:46 PM ET) -- Broadcom Corp. urged a California federal judge Thursday to put a hold on Rambus Inc.'s claims accusing it and others of infringing 19 computer chip patents, a move Rambus argued was not only unjustified but contrary to well-established case precedent.
