Ex-Six Flags CFO Owed $24M, Arbitrator Says

Law360, New York (April 22, 2011, 7:25 PM EDT) -- An arbitrator ordered Six Flags Entertainment Corp. to pay its former chief financial officer almost $24 million to resolve claims over his employment contract, the theme park operator said Friday.

The arbitrator found in favor of ex-CFO Jeffrey Speed on at least some of his claims, requiring the company to pay $23.65 million plus interest and attorneys' fees, according to Grand Prairie, Texas-based Six Flags.
