Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 4:05 PM ET) -- An Ohio judge dismissed Anheuser-Busch InBev NV on Monday from a putative class action brought by ex-employees of an Anheuser-Busch unit who claimed they were owed enhanced pension benefits when their company was sold after Anheuser-Busch’s 2008 acquisition by InBev.
