Fed. Circ. Backs $43M Award In Spent Nuke Fuel Suit

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 8:47 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday shot down efforts by the U.S. to trim a $42.7 million award to Dominion Nuclear Connecticut Inc. for partial breach of contract over the disposal of spent nuclear fuel in Connecticut.
