Vegas Man Admits Falsifying Emissions Tests

Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 5:44 PM EDT) -- A Las Vegas vehicle emissions inspector pled guilty Monday to violating the Clean Air Act by falsifying emissions test results, making him the last of 10 defendants to plead guilty in a U.S. Department of Justice probe in Nevada.
