Law360, New York (April 25, 2011, 9:55 PM ET) -- A Minnesota federal judge on Monday granted a preliminary injunction against the NFL's lockout in a proposed antitrust class action brought by a group of players, including star quarterback Tom Brady.
U.S. District Judge Susan Richard Nelson said the players had sufficiently demonstrated that they would suffer, and were currently suffering, irreparable harm from a lockout that would keep them off the field for a season.
