Commerce Issues Final Duties On UAE PET Film

Law360, New York (April 26, 2011, 5:31 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Monday issued the final results of its anti-dumping investigation into polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip imported by two companies in the United Arab Emirates, adjusting one of the margins slightly upward.

PET film manufacturer JBF RAK LLC will have its preliminary weighted-average margin of 4.76 percent bumped up to 4.88, while FLEX Middle East FZE's rate of 3.16 percent will remain unchanged, the International Trade Administration announced.
