Warner Music Hit With Copyright Suit By Hip-Hop Label

Law360, New York (April 27, 2011, 1:17 PM EDT) -- Hip-hop record label DM Records Inc. filed a copyright infringement suit in Florida on Monday against Warner Music Group Corp., alleging the music giant is selling unauthorized digital downloads and ring tones of DM songs based on an expired contract.
