DaimlerChrysler Delaying Pension Fund Audit: Suit

Law360, New York (May 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A pension fund’s attempt to audit DaimlerChrysler Corp.’s required contributions has been thwarted by the auto giant’s delays in providing vital employee information, according to a lawsuit filed by the fund.

The Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Fund and its trustee filed a suit May 2, claiming that DaimlerChrysler has not responded to requests for employee work history records for the last two months.
