Law360, New York (April 27, 2011, 7:39 PM ET) -- A housing authority CEO and a contractor working on a government-funded $33.6 million energy savings project were indicted Wednesday on bribery charges, following a corruption probe in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that has already snared 50 others.
The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority has put CEO George Phillips-Olivier, 53, on administrative leave after a grand jury accused him of accepting bribes, including golf outings, adult entertainment, tickets to sporting events, drinks, meals and an air conditioning system for his home.
