AB InBev, Corbis Seek To Nix Model's Suit Over Ad

Law360, New York (April 28, 2011, 2:40 PM ET) -- Anheuser-Busch InBev NV and stock photo company Corbis Corp. asked a New York judge on Wednesday to dismiss a $5 million suit by 1960s fashion model Evelyn Kuhn, who claims that an image of her was used in a Stella Artois ad without her consent.
