Law360, New York (April 28, 2011, 3:51 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge ruled Wednesday that DuPont Co. shouldn't be sanctioned for deleting emails Kolon Industries Inc. alleged were relevant to its defense against claims it used trade secrets stolen by a DuPont employee related to body armor component Kevlar.
