Lockout Lifted, NFL Players Back To Business For Now

Law360, New York (April 28, 2011, 12:43 PM ET) -- The NFL said Thursday that players would be allowed to use team facilities and meet with coaches Friday morning, after a Minnesota federal judge denied the league's bid to stay an injunction on a player lockout in an antitrust class action.

The NFL issued a statement Thursday covering "post-injunction operations." It said that as of 8 a.m. Friday, players can use team facilities for physical examinations, rehabilitation and medical treatment, teams can hand out playbooks, coaches can meet with players and voluntary off-season workout programs can...
