Morgan & Finnegan Trustee Wants Former Attys' Docs

Law360, New York (April 28, 2011, 6:21 PM ET) -- Morgan & Finnegan LLP's Chapter 7 trustee sought Wednesday in New York bankruptcy court to compel 13 ex-M&F attorneys to produce documents related to clients and unfinished business he believes they might have brought with them from the failing IP boutique.

Trustee Roy Babitt says it was against M&F's employment policy to allow departing attorneys to bring documents related to M&F clients with them after they left the firm.
