South Edge Loses Appeal Of Involuntary Ch. 11

Law360, New York (April 29, 2011, 2:48 PM ET) -- South Edge LLC on Thursday lost its bid to overturn an order that forced the Nevada real estate developer into involuntary bankruptcy at the behest of JPMorgan Chase Bank NA and two other secured lenders.
