Kids' Marketing Guidelines Put Heat On Food Industry

Law360, New York (May 13, 2011, 6:18 PM EDT) -- While proposed voluntary guidelines for children's food marketing may prove challenging for companies to meet, taking a proactive stance in attempting to implement these recommendations can give companies a competitive advantage, according to attorneys.
