Judge Won't Rule On Oracle's Website Patent Suit

Law360, New York (April 29, 2011, 7:32 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Delaware on Friday denied both parties’ motions for summary judgment in a suit brought by Oracle Corp. claiming noninfringement of two Parallel Networks LLC patents for dynamic websites.

U.S. District Judge Sue L. Robinson denied Oracle’s motion for summary judgment of noninfringement and Parallel’s motion for partial summary judgment of literal infringement a year to the day after the Federal Circuit vacated her December 2008 ruling in favor of Oracle.
