Trader Can't Delay Galleon Spinoff Trial Over Docs

Law360, New York (May 2, 2011, 7:03 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday preserved his earlier order refusing to delay the trial of traders and others implicated in the alleged Galleon Group LLC insider trading scheme over the government's purported failure to hand over certain documents.

U.S. District Judge Richard J. Sullivan also repeated his previous conclusion that a letter defendant Michael Kimelman addressed to the court accused the government of "acting unethically" by failing to produce certain documents in the case.
