China, Russia Still Weak On IP Enforcement: USTR

Law360, New York (May 2, 2011, 8:53 PM EDT) -- The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative released its annual Special 301 Report on Monday, with China and Russia remaining on top of its list of countries that have failed to take sufficient action to combat piracy and counterfeiting.

USTR Ron Kirk invited the dozens of countries listed in the report to cooperatively develop action plans to resolve U.S. concerns over intellectual property enforcement.
