Law360, New York (May 03, 2011, 5:31 PM ET) -- A former U.S. attorney for Maryland has joined McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP in Washington as partner in its white collar litigation practice, the firm announced Tuesday.
McKenna tapped Thomas M. DiBiagio, who started Monday after being a principal at Beveridge & Diamond PC, to boost the firm's white collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation capabilities. DiBiagio spent 13 years at the U.S. Department of Justice, as U.S. attorney from 2001 to 2005 and assistant U.S. attorney from 1991 to 2000.
