Ex-Frontier CEO Fights Push For Trial In Fraud Case

CEO Jeffrey Wallace Edwards objected Monday to a Georgia magistrate judge's recommendation that he face trial on charges of investment fraud, telling the judge the government's indictment failed to allege materiality as required by law.
