Blackwater Successor Seeks Quick Win In $1.2B FCA Suit

Law360, New York (May 5, 2011, 12:53 PM EDT) -- Xe Services LLC, formerly known as Blackwater Worldwide, moved for summary judgment Wednesday in a whistleblower suit accusing the company of overcharging the government for security work, saying the plaintiffs, former employees, had not produced evidence to prove their claims.
