Enzo Can't Dodge Siemens' DNA Patent Priority Suit

Law360, New York (May 6, 2011, 7:15 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Thursday declined to toss Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc.'s lawsuit seeking the reversal of a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office ruling that Enzo Life Sciences Inc. invented a DNA technology used in disease diagnosis before Siemens.
