Dow Chemical Exec Battle Explodes Into Lawsuits

Law360, New York (May 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Dow Chemical Co. and two former executives accused of negotiating an unauthorized takeover of the company have launched dueling lawsuits over the recovery of hundreds of millions of dollars in equity awards and damages.

Dow Chemical filed its suit Tuesday morning against former executives J. Pedro Reinhard and Romeo Kreinberg in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan to recover damages for alleged breaches of fiduciary and contract duties.
