Airline Ticket Agents Fined For Code-Share Violations

Law360, New York (May 6, 2011, 7:37 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation fined five airline ticket agents Friday for failing to adequately disclose to consumers that certain flights on their sites were being operated by a regional carrier on behalf of a major airline.
