Law360, San Francisco (May 10, 2011, 5:43 PM ET) -- Plane ticket buyers told the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday that a lower court illegally failed to stop the $3 billion United Air Lines Inc. and Continental Airlines Inc. merger even though precedent required it to enjoin the deal or require divestitures.
