Rothstein Partner Agrees To Pay Firm Trustee $1.6M

Law360, New York (May 06, 2011, 9:34 PM ET) -- The former law partner of convicted Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein on Thursday agreed to pay $1.6 million to settle with the bankruptcy trustee of their former Florida firm.

Stuart Rosenfeldt of the defunct Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler PA settled after another firm partner, Russell Adler, agreed to pay the trustee $500,000 from future earnings and a liquidated retirement account.
