Foam Food Container Makers Face $25M Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (May 9, 2011, 2:55 PM EDT) -- Evergreen Partnering Group filed a $25 million antitrust lawsuit Monday in Massachusetts against a group of foam food container producers including Pactiv Corp., Genpak LLC and Solo Cup Co., claiming the companies improperly agreed to boycott Evergreen’s recycling services.
