Duty Rate Upheld In Chinese Lined Paper Products Suit

Law360, New York (May 11, 2011, 7:24 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Court of International Trade judge has rejected the Association of American School Paper Suppliers' challenge to a recalculated anti-dumping duty rate for Shanghai Lian Li Paper Products Co. Ltd., according to a ruling made public Monday.

Judge Evan J. Wallach issued a confidential opinion affirming the U.S. Department of Commerce's final results of a redetermination pursuant to remand on April 27, a public version of which was filed on Monday.
