ITC Backs Full Review Of Brazil OJ Dumping Duties

Law360, New York (May 10, 2011, 7:23 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission decided Monday to conduct a full sunset review of whether lifting anti-dumping duties on Brazilian orange juice imports would likely hurt domestic producers.

The commissioners voted unanimously for the five-year review after examining response from both domestic producers and Brazilian respondents. The move comes on the heels of the U.S. Department of Commerce's preliminary findings that the exports were indeed being dumped in the U.S. in 2009 and early 2010.
