10th Circ. Keeps Farmers Class Action In Federal Court

Law360, New York (May 10, 2011, 5:15 PM ET) -- The Tenth Circuit on Tuesday nixed a decision that would have returned to state court a putative class action in Colorado accusing Farmers Insurance Exchange of refusing to pay reasonable and necessary medical expenses on its auto insurance policies.
