Boston Beer Gets $20.5M To Settle Recall Claims

Law360, New York (May 10, 2011, 8:24 PM EDT) -- The Boston Beer Co. Inc. said Tuesday it had scored $20.5 million from its former glass bottle supplier to settle claims arising from a 2008 recall of select 12-ounce Samuel Adams beer bottles that could have contained small bits of glass.

“All parties will release each other on any claims as they relate to this matter,” Boston Beer said in a brief statement posted on its website.
